Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller is Marketing ASAP s.r.o., Company ID 22118845, VAT ID CZ22118845, registered office Plzeňská 3352/156, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague, Czech Republic (the “Controller”). Contact: info@marketing-asap.cz, phone +420 731 303 769.

2. What personal data we process

  • Identification data: name, surname, company name, company and VAT ID.
  • Contact data: email, phone, website, registered address.
  • Communication data: emails, form messages, meeting notes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookie and analytics data.
  • Billing data: bank account number, payment history.

3. Enquiry form

We use the name, email, phone, website and message from the form to handle your enquiry, follow-up business communication and to send a confirmation email. With each enquiry we also store the visit source (UTM parameters) and a record of the cookie consent valid at that moment. We do not pass the data to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract and pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – handling enquiries, providing services, communication, invoicing.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – improving services, protecting the Controller’s rights, direct marketing to existing clients.
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – accounting and tax.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – analytics and marketing cookies, newsletter and marketing messages.

5. Retention

  • Enquiries and contract data: during negotiations and the contract, and 3 years after it ends.
  • Billing and accounting data: 10 years as required by accounting law.
  • Data processed on consent: until consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookies: according to your settings, at most 13 months.

6. Cookies and consent

On your first visit the cookie banner offers Reject all, Settings and Accept all. Cookies are grouped as:

  • Necessary: always on, keep the site and forms working.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 – measuring traffic and enquiries.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads – ad measurement, optimisation and remarketing.

Each tool runs only with consent for its group. We store your choice in your browser with the time and banner version. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Google Analytics and Google Ads

With analytics consent we use Google Analytics 4, with marketing consent the Google Ads tag, both by Google Ireland Ltd. We share visit and device data (IP address, browser, Google cookie identifiers, page URL) and, on form submission, an enquiry event with its internal ID – without name, email or phone.

8. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

With marketing consent we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. We share visit and device data (IP address, browser, _fbp/_fbc identifiers, page URL) and, on form submission, a hashed email and phone with the “Lead” event.

9. Recipients

  • IT, hosting and email providers.
  • Accountants and tax advisers.
  • Google and Meta within the scope of your consent.
  • Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) when managing a client’s campaigns.
  • Public authorities where required by law.

We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA, except to US providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

10. Your rights

  • Access – learn whether and what data we process.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure where the purpose has ended.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Portability in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

11. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or misuse. Communication with the site is encrypted.
